W e do our best to make sure that all your goods arrive in your new home and in the same condition that they left your old home. If you think that some goods were lost or damaged during the move, please fill the form below so that we may handle your claim.
You can find your job number on the top right side
of the Contract we sent you after you booked your job and on the top left
side of the Bill-of-Lading given to you by our foreman on the day of the
move.
Please list each item damaged, the purchase date
and price, replacement value/ cash value and description of the damage.
