Please note that a claim can take several weeks from the time we receive all the information from you.
In the event of damage this is how the claims process works:
Images must be taken of all items (an image of the item and then the area of the damage), the claim form must be filled out with all information notating the issues.
The claim form package must be sent into the office via Certified Mail.
